Rebuild simply means to restore something similar to its original condition, and the Rebuilding process is also sometimes called remanufacturing. If we talk about excavators, the rebuilding process consists of replacing and reassembling components to restore the machine to the original state of manufacturing. The first step starts with an inspection of the machine of visible points like visible cracks, leakages, paint, cabin, etc. Then all the major large value components are checked like engine, pump, structure, undercarriage, etc. Generally, the Rebuilding process addresses every component of equipment: everything from basic aesthetic, operator comforts to major components. The ultimate goal is to provide a solution to the customer by producing equipment that is as new as original.

Expected growth for such solutions are seeing the volume increasing by 3 times in 2022 vs previous year. Hyundai has new workshop expansion plan which will be operational by March-2022.
