To ensure best productivity, the Variable Displacement Axial Piston type pump with electro hydraulic control function provides a wide range of flow at various workloads. The open center design of the main control valve provides fast synchronization between joystick and hydraulic components. Thus increasing speed and smoothness of operations.
The digital cluster displays key machine information like oil temperature, coolant temperature, and other vital statistics. Optimised performance is achieved by letting operator to choose between three power modes and two work modes and two User Modes.
When a component is unoperational, a control lever stroke maintains high standby pressure of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic hoses rather than sending it back to the main control valve. It not only results in faster response time of the hydraulic component, but also fuel savings.

One touch deceleration switch on top of LH joystick lowers the engine RPM when selected. The saves fuel by regulating pump and engine. Auto Idle function moderate’s engine RPM to idle state when machine remains idle for 4 sec by enabling MCU to send a signal to engine. This in turn reduces fuel consumption and operation cost.
The auto-piloted swing priority increases hydraulic oil flow to swing circuit in combined operation, which leads to faster swing cycle for more productivity & profitability.
The sensors in this kit monitor undue loads and send signals to the Main Control Valve to cut down unnecessary fuel consumption. It helps to increase fuel efficiency.
The R210E excavator is equipped with features designed to enhance operational convenience. A removable floor mat for easy cleaning and improved maintenance, helping to keep the operator area neat and well-maintained. The integrated Bluetooth FM radio provides added functionality for communication and entertainment. LED lamps offer improved visibility in low-light conditions, supporting safer and more efficient operations.
Boom profile for better strength. Use of dimple bushes and polymer shims to enhance durability in high-stress joint areas. The dimple bush design promotes better grease retention, improving lubrication and reducing friction over time. Polymer shims provide enhanced resistance to wear and corrosion, helping maintain tight clearances and extending the service life of the boom and arm components. Both Boom & Arm made with high tensile strength steel and are reinforced with steel bearings and internal baffle plates to maximize impact strength.
