Engineer- Fixture maintenance

Responsibility and Accountability & Authority of the position:
• Mechanical Maintenance activity in a shift of fixture maintenance.
• Responsible to achieve the Fixture maintenance KPI.
• TPM activity like 5'S,P.M.,TBM,CBM execution. Knowledge of Safety Practices.
• Able to solve mechanical & electrical issues of the hydraulic & full welding rotary fixtures.
• Able to Carried out fixture calibration and fixture shifting work.
• Having knowledge of machining,cutting & paintshop maintenance.
• Route cause analysis of the major and repetitive problems.
• Implementation of the cost saving and other improvements.
• Preparing of the spares budget requirement.


Non-bargainable competencies :
• Capable for working as fixture maintenance shift incharge.


Education & Relevant Experience :
• DME/B.E. with 3-6 years of experience in fixture maintenance.

• MS Office
• SAP/GIS
